Arubans speak Papiamento between one another.

Business between Arubans is conducted in Dutch, as well as governmental business.

Arubans will communicate with tourists in the native tongue of the tourist. US & Brits- English, South Americans- Spanish etc.

There used to be a Dutch-headquartered creole known as Negerhollands spoken in the Virgin Islands. There is a Dutch-situated creole known as Berbice Creole spoken by way of a small handful of persons (not up to ten audio system) in Guyana, and another called Skepi Creole which is no longer spoken. And several languages of Suriname have some Dutch have an impact on, but additionally have an impact on from Portuguese, English, and native languages. Same for Papiamento of Aruba, Bonaire, and Curaçao... Customarily situated on Portuguese and Spanish, however with some Dutch influence. So no, I do not know of a Dutch-centered "patois" but there are several creoles and languages with Dutch impact.
