Is bbm to bbm free if I'm in Aruba and my girlfriend is in the U.S.?

I'm going on vacation with my family to Aruba but my girlfriend is in the United States so i was wondering if BBM to BBM is free when I'm there and she's over here.

yes BBM is free no matter where u are or the other person is. however u will need to have internet either wifi or ur own data plan from ur phone company on the phone in order for bbm to work....find out if the hotel or where u staying has WIFI or if u can roam
